What information should I include in my inquiry?

The more detail the better — but don’t worry if you don’t have everything. Include your product concept, the service(s) you need, estimated quantity, and your timeline. If you have design files (schematics, Gerbers, DXF, STEP), attach those too. We’ll ask for more details if needed.

Do you work with startups and small companies?

Yes — we work with everyone from solo inventors and startups to large corporations. Our flexible approach means we can accommodate prototype runs as small as 1 unit, all the way up to high-volume production orders. We adapt to your scale.

I only have an idea, not a design — can you still help?

Definitely. We offer full product development services — from schematic design and PCB layout to firmware, 3D modeling, and prototyping. We can take you from concept to finished product. Just describe your idea and we’ll map out a development path together.

Can I request an NDA before sharing my project?

Absolutely. We take IP protection seriously. Simply check the NDA box in the form above, or mention it in your message, and we’ll send a mutual NDA for both parties to sign before any confidential information is exchanged.

How long does it take to get a quote?

For straightforward requests, we typically respond within 24 business hours. For more complex multi-service projects, it may take 2–3 business days to prepare a detailed, accurate quote. We’ll acknowledge your inquiry the same day it’s received.

Do you ship outside of Michigan or the USA?

We manufacture 100% in our West Michigan facility and ship to clients nationwide across all 50 US states. For international inquiries, please reach out directly and we’ll discuss shipping options and logistics on a case-by-case basis.
